INA Group Code of Business Conduct and Ethics shall define basic values and principles of conduct of both INA Group management and employees regarding their relationship towards work, their assistants, business partners and the public, as well as INA Group’s responsibilities to ensure appropriate work conditions and employees’ professional development and to avoid unacceptable forms of conduct.
The Code’s scope includes a wide area of business relations and processes and therefore persons that are active on behalf of INA Group and for the benefit of INA Group must comply with it. This includes natural or legal persons that are in a contractual relation with INA Group (business partners, consultants, providers, vendors etc.).
